Transfer cart solutions
Veltix transfer carts are heavy-load handling vehicles designed to move molds, transformers, coils, machinery and large steel parts safely within the plant. Trackless models offer 360° omnidirectional movement for millimeter-precise positioning in confined spaces; rail-guided models are ideal for frequently repeated transport along a fixed route. All models run exclusively on lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries.

Rail Transfer Cart
A rail transfer cart is an electric material handling vehicle that carries heavy loads on steel rails along a fixed route. It reduces forklift and crane traffic for frequently repeated, medium- and long-distance transport between production lines, assembly stations and warehouses. Veltix rail transfer carts run exclusively on lithium (LiFePO4) batteries and require no cable, cable reel or conductor rail.
Deck dimensions: The A, B and C series can be used as a reference when selecting the deck dimensions of a rail transfer cart.

Frequently asked questions
How many tons can a transfer cart carry?
The VT-C series covers 2–100 tons, and the A/B/R series offer rated loads from 20 tons to over 500 tons; cab models go up to 30 tons. For larger loads, two vehicles can operate synchronously (in tandem).
Should I choose a rail-guided or trackless model?
A rail-guided model is recommended for frequently repeated transport along a fixed route; a trackless model is recommended where the route changes or tight maneuvering is required. Both run on lithium batteries and need no cables.
What information is needed for a quote?
